Cash Plus, Fullerton, CA

I just visited this store to make a money order. I am writing this review right away because the girl who works there was so thoughtful and helpful! She literally made my day! She helped me to figure out the atm, how would be better to sign my money order and just in general she was so thoughtful and professional. Like, I didn’t know that I deserve such a high service haha. FIVE STARS! also the place is neat and located in a good area. I’m happy!

The rep with the colored eyes was VERY rude & did not want to help me with my Western Union request. She did not want to process or issue a refund. A Western Union asked for her to call them to help me out, but she refused because they are " strict " at that location. She was very unprofessional & did not want to assist us whatsoever. Do NOT go to that place !!!

I have been visiting this place for the past 3 years for various services and I LOVE the staff! They are super nice and you can chat and joke with them ... They take time with you and I have never had a problem and this is MY place (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*.✧ They are rarely busy when I show up so I think that they clear place just for me! LOL.

Thanks for kindness and long-suffering, I appreciate efforts and help from one life to another. Those feelings bring rejoicing to life. Post-Script: different person, customer service, quick to say no; left me without my hard earned pay after bus riding specifically to this location to cash a new employers check. Will be visiting origin bank, and Ralphs for bus pass tomorrow. Lost a customer. However; thank you for saving me both time and money, I will continue to use it wisely. God bless you.

Was short on time would not be able to get to store before closing on a Saturday and application submitted proceeded and approved within 15 min so easy and convenient

CHASE SECURE CHECKING ACCOUNT TYPE IS NOT SUPPORTED FOR OUR PAYDAY LOAN. A REGULAR CHECKING ACCOUNT THAT ACCEPTS PERSONAL CHECKS IS REQUIRED. I have been having this bank account for the last 5 years and have never had a problem with anything. Now they say a check is required but before the process never mentioned anything about a check, all they stated was direct deposit with a bank is needed now after I send them my documents as requested I am denied because I don't have a personal check! Don't even waste your time or breath with this people! And had the nerve to pop an attitude when I asked a question regarding it
