They told me to get a smog check my car for collateral, when I opened the DMV registration just came yesterday and they do not require the smog check for this year. and the person in charge was trying to hurry up the process every time we talked on the phone, not explaining unless I asked, bad customer and now I don't feel good about this company because of the smog check request when DMV is not requiring. So I told her that I will look for other resource and the case is closed. I'm glad I did not use this company.

Allow me to star saying that today May 5th of this year I call my branch requesting and electronic copy of the documents I signed for my loan. Unfortunately, I was treated disrespectfully, and my petition was denied. Other than that, the loan process was extremely fast and clear. The interest rate for my credit score was very good. And the branch manager Amanda B, definitely knows how to deliver a great customer service.

Had to call Bank of America to report fraud. OneMain received my insurances’ payoff check and they still deducted about $600 from my checking account, even after I called them over 7 times to confirm they had received the check for the payoff amount. Will also report to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Do not do business with this company, STAY AWAY!!!.

My frien got a loan of $4,000 on 2016 her payments are $300 monthly she already give to this place around $18,000 and she still need to pay them around $2,500 but only $50 goes to the loan so she pay so far $3000 be ware taking loans from this place they will make sure you never pay your debt.

Amanda was so helpful with this whole process. She made it happen the very day I applied for the loan. Super grateful for her explaining everything in great detail. Would definitely recommend!
