Umpqua Bank, Garberville, CA

Erin, Kelly, Thaddeus, Tina, Shauna, Ciarra, and everyone else is very kind there. Umpqua Garberville Bank has a customer service model that all banks should use. They are patient, understanding, and will treat you like family (not like a bank account NUMBER). Umpqua is one of the big reasons I love Garberville. Their coffee is awesome too!! They have their own brand - wow! what Bank has that???

The ATM here ripped me off for $300 and when I took a photo of it to document what happened, my son saw all three employees in the bank laughing at us through the window and locked door, which they control. Glad these idiots thought a father and son stranded 300 miles away from home with no money was funny. My own back figured out the error, which was on Umpqua's end, and fixed it.

The worst bank I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Terrible, rude service. Worst customer service I have experienced in northern California. Save yourself a big bead ache and open a credit union account.
