Two people that work here by the names of Brandon ( manager ) and Desiree are very rude and unprofessional. They said my debit card wouldn’t swipe so I couldn’t get the loan. I asked for my application back with my personal info on it and I was told I couldn’t get it back because they need to apply for me online. I told them I can do it myself I don’t need them keeping my info. They still said NO I couldn’t get it back because they will shred it at the end of the night. Finally I asked for a higher manager and then that’s when Brandon became a little bit nicer and eventually gave me back the application that he had just said he couldn’t give back to me minutes before. That is very fishy. Be aware of these people they don’t seem trustworthy. They were trying to push to make an online account for me when I didn’t ask them to do that. They also wanted to hold on to my personal info I’ll be reaching out to management tomorrow and I will never return here again!!!!
