Very upset that the office was closed on a non holiday and the clients were never informed verbally. When I asked the employee about it she replied for a Spanish event and that they had posted a sign a month before. Mind you that when your going to do your business your not looking around for signs especially if they are not visible. I have nothing against observing any tradition but it is very inconvenient when you plan your time and money accordingly and then you are forced to pay a service fee at 7-eleven because you are mis informed on the business functions. I advised the employee to inform the staff for the future. That a verbal statement with your customers goes a long way and you avoid having upset clients. Not sure if this will improve in the future but it would be pleasant to know that you can make positive changes.
