My bank wouldn’t touch my complicated deal. They frankly didn’t understand what I needed. VIP not only saw what we were trying to accomplish but added elements to the deal to make it smoother, more affordable and faster than my escrow office could believe. Three days from start to finish on 100% financing. Not only was I impressed but my escrow officer and my realtor were amazed at the efficiency of VIP. They both said they’ll use VIP in the future when a deal gets complicated and the bank can’t fit their qualified client into the corporate pigeon hole for regular financing. What my bank couldn’t get done in two weeks, VIP did in three days. Unheard of in this day and age. Recommended by my financial advisor, I contacted Peter to explain the financial timing issue I was experiencing to see if he was able to help. I’m halfway through that deal now and Peter has been very helpful in making the process as seamless as possible and I now have the $800k needed to close on the home purchase I making this week.
