Been a long time customer with Golden 1. My last two auto loans have been through them. They've always been extremely helpful, competent, and did everything with a big smile. Would highly recommend them.

New to the area, long time credit union in other areas. I always look for the shared co-op credit unions to do business with. This is the only shared branch partner in the area, which is truly unfortunate as the staff is completely patronizing which is such a shock to encounter for the area. The representatives by phone and in person provided bad information which instead of being corrected was just brushed off as someone else’s problem. I was hopeful to start using this branch in my new home town, it’s clear they don’t want more business and have enough already.

The worst banking experience we've ever had. The bank manager was not only horrifically rude to us multiple times, she actually lied to us- telling us our car title had been mailed to the DMV when the bank still had the paper copy and claiming things like our name had been corrected when they hadn't.

Rudeness at its finest. Branch manager named Silia was extremely rude to us. Placed us on hold during a phone call but instead of putting us on hold we could hear her discussing our situation with employee Jonathan then soon after we were placed on hold again(this time with music) for a long time without her letting us know that they were busy. I was forced to hang up and call back. Silia answered the phone showing absolutely no remorse from been extremely unprofessional and unethical during our first call instead demonstrated sarcasm and stated " yeah we are busy with another customer.." really? so she just put us on hold for ever and doesn't even explains whats the situation. How can someone with this level of customer service can be called a Branch manager? Really disappointing, rude and very unprofessional. How sad. We are taking our business somewhere else. Mr. Jonathan did call us back afterwards but obviously was instructed to not make things easy for us because we complained about it. Please get some training or hire more qualified people. Unbelievable!!

The manager, Jonathan, was so informative, communicative, and knowledgeable when it came to helping me get a personal loan. I had such a personalized and efficient experience and feel so grateful for his help. Since moving to California, I was hesitant to use a new Credit Union but I can confidently say they won me over with this experience!

Yo i just called customer service, i forgot the person’s name :/. She processed my payment over the phone , was professional and incredibly kind! For the first time ever i stuck around for the survey at the end of the call, the representative didnt even mention it, I accidentally gave a 1 then I corrected with a 5. Its a 5/5 service!!! Just wanted to extend that specification because I was satisfied and would like to continue to be!

had an account for 6 months then i closed it since i did not use it then they put a report on my chex system and lied about it being a charge off even though they sent me my 200$ in a check once i closed it......lies and fraud at this bank be careful.....now im fighting with there fraud department about them lying on my chex system report.....really bad bank and they never have anyone in the fraud department since they are doing all the fraud and making up lies.....might have to hire a lawyer to fight them in court over there fraud.(Name - Daniel Solum)
