As the lone Subject Matter Expert for Individual & Business tax on this side of Los Angeles for the Internal Revenue Service, I meet with the small business community frequently and sometimes they have questions out of my scope of expertise. **Insert Joshua**, who has delivered a level of customer service, subject matter expertise and professionalism that is often NOT found in Public Service or Banking anymore. At the close of last year, I also knew I needed a local bank and was proud to choose Kinecta Bank and work more closely with Joshua. I found him to be the consummate professional and strategist. I am confident that with his guidance, I am starting 2023 with actionable and achievable financial goals and well equipped for the future. Joshua embodies the customer experience and handles each request with the appropriate level of detail. We need more Joshua’s across the public service and banking industry.

This bank and branch is so helpful. I want to personally thank Alejandra Escamilla because she always treats her customers like family members and goes above and beyond for us. Alejandra is always communicating with me and has helped out my Mother feel comfortable with being up to date with technology and services. She is a great communicator, reliable, honest, and always does her best when helping. Thank you so much for all your help Alejandra!!!

Every time I go in staff is wonderful and always willing to help me out with all my questions. Staff is always asking me about opening up loans and currently I don’t need one but it’s very nice to know that if I ever do I can trust them with helping me through every step and making sure I have the knowledge on everything I do. I would recommend this credit union to all my friends!

I definitely recommend Kinecta just like i have recommended them to friends and family, i have been a member since 2018, family member of mine told me about this credit union. Since then i have been able to work on my credit. Wonderfull and very helpful employees Alejandra is always going above and beyond when assisting me goes out of her way to help us and make sure we are satisfied. She’s also encouraged my two kids to open up a savings account, and helped my family with auto loans.! Teller Heidi is always very friendly and welcoming, thank you.! The only thing i would suggest for something to improve is the ATM, seems very old and very slow. Other than that thank you Kinecta and for the wonderful service and employees you have.

Being new to a credit union, Inez at the Goleta branch, made my experience easy and explained everything I needed to know. She was sooo incredibly nice and knowledgable, she even went out of her way to help figure out a few things. I had such a great experience that I want to continue banking with them far into the future! If you ever need assistance at this credit union, I HIGHLY recommend working with Inez!
