El Dorado Savings Bank, Grass Valley, CA

I have been with this bank my whole life. We had a house fire 1 year ago and we’re receiving money from insurance. They have cashed all checks until the last four they harassed my husband and I about the checks not being acceptable for many different random reasons whenever he arrived with me. They are so hostile toward my husband. The last check I brought to my bank with my husband they said they would not cash it unless I made my account a joint account. My husband and I drove to his bank and did not have any issue. The management is garbage and I am so disgusted of the prejudice behavior the manager shows toward my husband. This bank is small and inconvenient for anyone as they have only a few locations, and the nasty racial attitudes are not doing this bank any justice.

This is a great bank with amazing people!! Very helpful, friendly, loving and supportive banking staff and Friday is "cookie day", so be sure and check them out!!

They have old school customer service which other banks have lost.
