Community First Credit Union, Guerneville, CA

I generally don’t take the time to leave reviews, but q I have had such amazing customer service from the folks at this credit union. It reminds me of how banking was in the old days. You can create a relationship with the employees. I have chatted with both of the women who work at this branch. As we say in Hawai’i, we “talk story.” I relocated from Maui, where these types of relationships with business folks are common, so it was a pleasant surprise to find aloha right down the street.

I am always amazed at the personal attention I receive while at the Guerneville branch. It truly is a community first atmosphere as the employees do their jobs. Every transaction is met with a friendly face and a willingness to help make each visit successful!

My husband and I have been working with Katie collins from the guerneville branch. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner. It was 5 pm on a Friday and we needed a check for Saturday and I was so worried that we wouldn’t be able to get the check before the branches closed but Katie personally drove the check out to me after hours. Most people would have clocked out at 5 and dealt with it on Monday but not Katie. Its hard to find such great customer service these days I was very impressed.

Katie at the Guerneville location was AMAZING! She helped refinance a car. She was so efficient, prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend Katie at the Guerneville branch for any and all your banking needs!!!!!

I want to give a huge shout out to Staci Burgess from the Guerneville Branch. She is always quick to respond to all my banking needs. Thank you again Staci!! You truly are the BEST!!!
