We put in 18 offers to purchase a condo or house, going $65,000 over the asking prices waiving all contingencies and appraisal with no luck for many months in this crazy sellers market. Due to his dedication helping us push forward, we were able to purchase our first home (a single family residence in Ventura, California). He was in constant communication with us letting us know what the market was doing and even though we were a lot of work, he always gave us amazing advice and was in constant communication with our real estate agent so they were on the same page and also went above and beyond and worked with the sellers real estate agents because he has vast knowledge in the industry and was able to get our loan and purchase agreement approved and pushed thru with a 30 day escrow with absolutely no hiccups. I can't stress enough what a huge help and guiding force he was throughout the whole deal. We will be lifelong customers of his! We will stay in close contact in case the interest rates drop in the future so he can assist us to refinance. Andreas gave us expert advice and let us know exactly when to lock our loan and the next day and following weeks it went up dramatically.
