First off, these guys are NOT temporarily closed. Call and ask them. Google needs to update its information. The owners are very nice people, fair and polite. They are fast and efficient, and just pleasant to do business with. They also have a large showroom of beautiful pieces of jewelry at great prices. They have helped me and my sister out of many financial hardships, and I appreciate knowing they are here in our small community when needed. I am pleased to recommend Hanford Jewelry and Loan.

Walked in with 2 rings, one 925 silver and one 10k white gold. The guy looks at them, says "we dont buy silver, try the shop down the street". He then just walks away without saying anything or letting me explain. Congrats, the shop right around the corner can make a profit. I've been here 1 other time and the lady was very pleasant and made me a reasonable offer. Very inconsistent customer service.

The best home town jewelry store by far. GREAT customer service with a smile. Nobody compares to the personal service you get. I've been buying all my jewelry here for the past 10 years and will continue to do so. Very happy customer.

Very bland and short. Almost like they were too busy to help the only customers in the store. Not necessarily rude, but not personable at all.
