Kings Federal Credit Union Is my bank! I have received many Loans One for an RV and one for a car also A low interest credit card They have upgraded their online banking They've always been 100% Professional Wouldn't Bank anywhere else! Thank you for everything you do

They sent me the wrong Certificate of Title for my car. They did not apologize and said they would not submit the paperwork to get the correct title for my paid off car until I handed over the wrong title (my car also but not paid off that I continue to make payments on although I am holding the title) and wait 2-3 weeks! If they would have been apologetic and more professional about their huge mistake this could have been solved quickly. It really is about customer service.

My friend has had nothing but trouble with this bank and still hadnt got his transfere sorted they are holding his money after hes paid what they asked to transfere his funds I wouldn't recommend them ever

I would give them no Star’s if I could. One of the worst banks ever. Customer service is absolutely horrible and the call center is beyond uneducated. Don’t choose this bank they will try to screw you over. Luckily I’m a law student and now how to defend myself against people like this. Absolutely horrible. They need to be shut down. The manager Michelle was horrible and rude. Will not ever bank with them again. Plan on taking them to court that’s how bad it is.

This place makes obtaining a loan so fast and easy and you don't even have to have perfect credit. Although I have a decent credit score, I do have a few blemishes from the past. Usually lenders always question me about theses blemishes and I have to give an explanation. Well, Kings Federal Credit Union looked passed that with no questions asked. My loan Officer Jerrett Johnson was amazing and moved so fast that within hours I had a check in my hand to pay for the RV that I wanted. I am extremely satisfied!!

We love banking at the Kings Federal Credit Union. Especially friendly with HOA reserve accounts and CDs. Ashley and Janet were so helpful and made the transferring of funds so fast and easy!
