Susan and the staff at One main in Hanford California were great and I felt right at home there. Right from the beginning Susan told me she was sure she could help me with my needs. I would recommend them to anyone that was in my situation or need.

OMG!! The ladies in the Hanford office made me feel so at ease about my loan I have with the office in visalia. I went to the Hanford office because I didn’t trust nor understand how the office in Visalia was putting so much of my payment to my interest instead of the Principal loan. Plus the people in the main office are rude or don’t call you back after 24 hours. When I first started my loan at the old office on Mooney the lady over there name Amanda was Wonderful!! But I don’t see her at the new office, Anyways If you want to get a loan your BEST bet is going to the Onemain Office in Hanford, that’s what I’m recommending to ALL of my patients that are thinking about getting a loan. Thank you soooo much Ladies at the Onemain Office in HANFORD.

Horrible people. They call me on weekends and at night. They use very ugly language. They accuse me of not caring that my mother is dying of lung cancer. I don't have a loan with them, my mother does.

Don’t even answer the phone called 10 times and straight to voice mail instead of answering and saying to hold or something

Fast, friendly, and very efficient. I would strongly recommend One Main.
