Best place every was running around for 8 hr went to 7 different places and the all gave me the run around was in there for 8 min and was able to get it cash this place is a life save the staff was very friendly and help will only be going here for now on thanks again for the great service

Im upgrading my rating now. The wait times have been improving and for the most part been good. The trick is the date or time of day you go in. We don't go on the 1rst, 15th, or on popular "pay days" if we can help it, and try to get there before people get off work. They need to do western union and some other stuff separate and just have a check cashing/money order line separate.

Worst place ever too bad there’s no -5 stars to rate them. The girl on the front make me wait 10m to help me out Even though there was like nobody in front of me, she then said me about 20 questions to Finally said. what can she help me with? So I said I wanted to cash a check ( about 15mins now) Then she says I would have to verify the check hold on a second(she went in the back I could heard a lot of people talking laughing around ) she came back and said I’m sorry it’s Sunday we can’t do that right now.

Customer Service Could Really Use Some Help And Seems Short Staffed And Slow On Most Days, But I've Never Got A Checked Turned Away Or A Problem Cashing My Checks...

This place is busy everytime i come here and they always have 2 ppl working with a long line!. It shouldnt take almost an hr just to be here to cash a check either have 3 or more ppl working or tell the only 2 you always seem to have working here pick up the pace.

And everyone there from Dominique, Corrina, Olivia, and the staff they hired who I haven’t gotten their names Yet, are all professional, kind, respectable for your needs, and go above and beyond. I was tremendously sad when I came into the Hayward office because of the run around from two banks and having to drive from Fremont to Hayward. These young ladies were incredibly respectful, honest and dedicated to helping me bring my ordeal to fruition… They truly weren’t negative at all… They went above… way above and beyond their call of duty to help this experience be positive and successful

Dominique , Karina & Amy Were So Sweet . They Did Everything They Can To Help Me ! I’m very appreciative of the excellent customer service that was provided to my employees & I. We’re engaging , we’re resourceful , very patient , just all around bubbly lovely women . 10/10 I Definitely recommend .
