I’ve been coming here for a while Now and have had a great experience. Unfortunately I just called and a person named Iesha or Aisha answers and she isn’t knowledgeable about the loans and she is also rude and carries a very dry attitude over the phone. I’ll call back tomorrow to get my needs met by someone else more professionals.

My first time here was one of the worst one. Waiting in line for 30 minutes got to the window and the cashier decided to take her break so I have to wait another 20 minutes. Sad thing about it there was only three of us in the line and it took 1 hour and 30 minutes to get some service. Second time there only one person at the window and 9 people in line and one just left cause it took so long to get service. This is one of the worst place to come cash a check and their customer service horrible. Whoever owned this place need to hired some more experienced staff with good customer service skills.

the manager at this store is a horrible he doesn’t let you talk he talks over you his store made a mistake and cash my check after I paid him Can you call and talk to him he wants you to waste your time your gas and everything to go to his store for a bank statement when you can just mail it in or send it in by via email he doesn’t do anything to help he’s a horrible manager That needs better customer service Maybe take Class. I been visit San Pablo store for many years never experience this

I have no idea why this place has such such low review, if I could give it past 5 stars I would. This place is seriously helpful. I had gotten the stimulus check in a check form and no where would cash it because of one issue or another and I don't have a bank account per say, this place cashed my check with no problems and really helped me out in a time of need, it will always be remembered and I am truly thankful for their help and kindness toward my Husband and I. God bless this place!

Slow service, 3 people in line, took 47 min by time I get to the window. 2 people behind the desk only 1 person working. Will not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone. If you have things to do or a tight schedule, DO NOT come here. Complete waste of time. The check cashing place on A st is alot faster.

Do not use Cash one order online portal. If you have more than one account you cannot use the same email you have to open up a new email account in order to do so so if I have one account I need to open up a whole new account email account to you to be able to do this. I would not suggest going here. Customer service sucks.

My overall experience, with Aisha was exceptional. This young woman was very helpful, professional and pleasant!!! Beside's her beautiful smile and personality. I would surely come back.

Aisha and her team did a great job helping me in a time of need. I was able to get cash same day and I truly appreciate the help. Customer service was great and they did everything they could to help me.
