THE STAFF IS NOT RUDE !! REMEMBER YOU CAN USE YOUR WORDS CUSTOMERS FORGET THEY DONT NEED TO WAIT IN LINE TO ASK A SIMPLE QUESTION !! STOP BEING SO SHY !! YOU WAIT IN LINE FOR SERVICE !!! ITS MY 1ST TIME HERE SINCE THEY MOVED THEIR SAN JACINTO LOCATION THE CONSUMER SERVICE WAS QUICK I DONT KNOW WHY PEOPLE COMPLAIN !! I SEE ITS THE WOMEN COMPLAINING ... GUESSING CUZ WOMEN DISLIKE EACH OTHER , JUST DONT BE RUDE OR IN A RUSH AND IT WILL BE A GOOD EXPERIENCE

All the ladies/workers/managers there are very rude they never greet you or even smile. Not a friendly place. I will no longer be going there. Plus they charge way to much to cash your check…. This place really need to get new employees ASAP

This is the most unprofessional check cashing establishment that hemet has to offer. I hate giving this place any business id rather drive 15 min away just to avoid these ladies. They are all very rude and very argumentive its pretty unprofessional. This lady named " Yotmite" is the most disrespectful worker thats there and it seems shes always there with an attitude every time i come for any service. Id Iike to see her fired or slapped by an angry customer. Either way ill be happy. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOUR READY TO SNAP ON SOMEONE!

Walked in with two waiting in front of me.. meanwhile the teller name “Jazmin” was too busy flirting than working. Second employee comes around 9:40 “Leslie” and she begins doing unneeded tasks, instead of helping reduce the wait time. Re train these agents on customer service please. Then proceeded to try to charge me 15.00 for a 400.00 check... now my check is on hold because the teller didn’t know what she was doing and took it from the bank without confirming the charges with me.

I have done business with them for years. I have always counted on them and I've never been disappointed. Friendly awesome staff at the Hemet California store. 2 thumbs up. The air conditioner needs fixing its very hot in the waiting room

This place is a COMPLETE RIP OFF! Their fees are ridiculously high. They charge you a $1 if you are using cash for a money order or $11 if you are using your debit card. UNBELIEVABLE!!
