The company itself is good , my only complaint was I wasn’t able to get the money I was talked to about but , this company is willing to work with you during a hard time and that’s just amazing! I especially want to give a shout out to Ashley who has been so wonderful helping me with my loan . I highly recommend if you’re looking for some financial relief go see One Main and ask for Ashley !

Easy to apply online. Rapid service rep contact. Quick approval notification. Easy signing paperwork at requisite office meeting. Good Covid safety measures employed. Friendly and responsive staff with good continuity though I dealt with 3 different reps. Overall quick and easy process from application initiation to funding.

Lilly was great! She handled things fast and thoroughly and helped me get my documents in that they needed. I was really impressed with this branch definitely took care of me and I thank them for that!

the ladies in the Hemet office are exceptional. I want to go in just to visit with them. They so professional yet you feel like you are family. We need to this is our third loan with them, so we figured they had our paper work. well yes and no. They needed current info, that was on me. So I went home gathered the info went back a few days later and the rest was easy. We worked with Lily but all the ladies were helpful. I can't stand DISHONESTY. (Lilly) Liliana Perez, gets all my info, runs credit, and said they can lend us a set amount. We schedule an appointment at 6:30 pm. mind you I'm coming from Beaumont, wife coming from Colton after work, to only get there and then they say a lower number!!! Incorrect info on the contract, misspelling as well. Just highly disappointed and would not recommend this company... Not to mention (Lilly) skipped out all together before my wife got there, clucking the deal on Sarah Khiev, which seemed like she didn't really know how to do things there. Maybe entry level employee, I get that, if that's the case. But to sit there and say the direct deposit isn't working and you don't know why? It didn't work because the numbers were altered from the original agreement and your supervisor wouldn't let the original number go through. Don't lie about it to our faces though! Should have been honest. With the interest that is pretty steep, you would have made alot more money with the original number. Either way, honesty and integrity speaks for itself and this place really lacks them both. Pretty sad actually. Recommend somewhere else, anyone else, Honest bad news is better than false good news!

I want to thank Addison Canada for helping me. I've called multiple times and talked to different people, but I talk to Addison and she was able to get everything straight for me. She did it on the spot (over the phone) and fixed everything, that the lady I signed the original documents with, messed up. Thank you Addison for your help.

Everytime I call they are busy and they take my name and number so they can call me back but never do. Tried to go inside the office and the doors were locked during business hours. I've been trying to get a hold of someone for 2 weeks

I applied 6 days ago ,and still haven't received a call when I call the branch near me they just say wait my turn they will call me back but never did horrible customer service even the 1800 number couldn't give me an answer
