The absolute rudest people in the world. Watch out. They sold me a supposedly 14 karat ring and when I had it checked it was only 10k. Watch out for them the most dishonest people in the world. I pawned jewelry and my scooter. They damaged my scooter by joyriding it in the parking lot and wrecked it. They replaced the arm but really it was brand new and they aren’t supposed to do that. They need to be shut down! Plus it seems kind of shady I paid them over $800.00 in cash and they didn’t even give me a a receipt. What businesses doesn’t give out receipts? the only ones I know of that don’t give receipts are illegal businesses or ones that are evading the IRS or don’t have a business permit or license, or they that is shady and corrupt! And I asked for a receipt he refused to give me one. There were 2 men there and I asked if he could B assist bring my chair spray and he refused. I had to go to farmers and the nicest young man gave me a big hug and helped me. God bless that young man. They need to fire the rip raf they have in that store because they are losing my business due to his rudeness and dishonesty. Seriously watch out for ur gold. They will say it’s 14 and when u have it checked out it will be 10.

I tried to cash in silver bars and he told me he would have to test them to see if they were real. I told him I’m ok with that, He then said I wouldn't be ok with it because of the testing process, I said that’s fine with me still. Still insisted I wouldn’t be ok with it. No knowledge of precious metals. Doesn’t use SPOT price to value metals. Go to a REAL gold/silver dealer, they value your metals.

These guys are rude and don't know anything about jewelry. Don't waste your time going to this dump.

Terrible service, the girl who attends is very rude, you talk to her kindly and she gets excited for no reason, terrible offers, thanks for nothing. a chain with a value of 950 dlls, they only wanted to give me 200 dlls in exchange, they told me that it weighed 10gms and it weighs 12.6 Be very careful with your belongings.
