In January I solicited a skip payment, and 3 weeks ago a saw in my credit report that I have a 6 months with a missing payment in this bank. Apparently they never made that skip payment, I call them but nothing.

Gabby from FICU, Imperial Branch, did a splendid job in helping refinance my vehicle. It is not difficult to see she enjoys her job and finds fulfillment in it, as it is shown in her readiness and kindness to help her clients. She’s intelligent and deserves a raise.
