Horrible customer service from Angie today, last time it was Gracie. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere! Waste of time & effort! Do not bother coming this slothful/rude store. ZERO HELP! Seriously!!

This store has gone down tremendously in customer service from what it used to be. They are extremely slow and short handed. Treat customers rudely. Will never go back to this location in Indio.

I just want to give a big shout out to Angie, Gracie and the big guy who's name I cant remember, They always take good care of me and treat me with respect, Angie always calls me by name when I walk in the store, When ever I call Gracie knows who I am when I start talking. LOL!!! I sometimes call ahead they are always professional and courteous to me every time. I would and have recommended this place to friends and family when you just can't stretch your funds to the next payday, they are here to help. I have been in the store when they are dealing with very difficult Clients and their job is not easy at all, but they never have lost their cool with anyone. I first met Angie in the DHS store and when she came to Indio I followed her just because of her great great customer service skills. She always makes me feel welcome, the whole crew does when I walk in the door, even if its 5 mins before closing. Sometimes Ms Kendall is coming in hot 2 mins before closing. Love you guys keep up the great customer service skills.
