Chase sold my mortgage to this company. It’s been months and I still can’t set up an online account. I have spent several hours on the phone and still nobody can help. I’m beyond frustrated!! They also won’t take my payments every other week like I have been paying on my mortgage for the past 9 years. This company is terrible, their employees are not trained properly, and they just don’t care. I’m now forced to deal with them for my mortgage.

My loan was bought by them after I refinanced through Embrace Home Loans. I have been fighting with them for the last two months to get my online profile to work so I can pay my mortgage. I have talked to them countless times and have been told over and over they will contact their IT/website department and call me back within a couple hours. I have not received a call back from them. In order to pay my mortgage I have to use the automated phone system which is a pain. Every time I talk to someone on the phone, it is apparent they are not a US based call center. Very disappointed in the "service" I have received.

I wish I could give negative stars. It's been almost two months since the loan was paid off and still no reconveyance for the the Partial Claim Deed of Trust. They should not be allowed to manage loans. Customer service is completely clueless, and the department that is supposed to be able to help are all talk and no action. Every person dealing with this company regarding my loan despises them. Me, my real estate broker, the escrow company, and the title company all have nothing but negative things to say about them. I am not surprised to see so many 1 star reviews.

Worst customer service on the planet!
Plan to literally wait for days on hold in their automated system. Someone may pick up and say let me transfer you and all they do is put you back in the automated loop.
Someone should investigate. If this isn't criminal, it certainly should be! Maybe a class action lawsuit or something is needed to get them to be responsive to those whose loans they service? This should be illegal! ANSWER THE DAM PHONE!!!

Website is constantly down and automated telephone service is terrible. If you are able to sign in and have a question, the "human" responders just use preset responses that barely answer your question if at all. My two biggest problems were: they paid my insurance twice and increased my escrow requirements. It took 6 months to resolve. The other, when we sold our house, I was never reimbursed for the last month's automatic payment we made despite being required to pay loan off in full prior to that payment. Now it's tax season and I have been locked out of my account and cannot retrieve my 1098.

I only gave one star so I can post. There are no stars to give. No one works there...all you get when calling are automated options. And even though hours of operation are noted, I've called and the message says 'The office is closed'. This really seems like a sham situation. My granny's loan was discharged in a bk case, yet they (as 'debt collectors') still expect payment....CAN U SAY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT??? According to Google, Terry L. Smith is the CEO of this shady business. [And for Christ's sake, I can't even find a fax number!!)

September 2023. This is the absolute worse establishment ive ever delt with. Im so grateful to be rid of this company. You will never have a conversation with anybody that actually has knowledge of your mortgage. Anytime ive called im on hold for well over an hour. This company has zero empathy for the average hard working american. They tell one Lie after another. They are more interested in foreclosing on your property then helping. Whomever is running this company should be embarressed. I wouldnt do business with this company ever again if my Mortgage was free. I repeat the worse ive ever had

How can this company NOT be on some investigation T.V. show or at least checked by the Feds? After my Parents DIED, and the house was no longer in their name, I was still paying the loan off and could not recieve any help VIA the phone and the web site is not any help and the HOUSE is not even in my name.. Calling the number you get no help what so ever, emails not returned, web site is a joke. This loan has NEVER been late for payment EVER! Wells Fargo sold this sold and NEVER said a word to my Elderly Parents that are not longer with us and have passed, yet this folks do not care and they raised the payment with no communication what so ever. HOW CAN THESE FOLKS STILL BE OPERATING?? How can you have all these bad reviews and not respond to them what-so-ever..
