I see so many bad reviews and very skeptical about this Lender. I also notice that Frank is either creating false reviews or paying for them. Every good Frank review, there’s a bad one underneath it. Thank you so much for helping me with my decision everyone!

To be honest, I was scared as hell. But honestly I’m glad I went through with it. The offer on my check said $21,000. I thought I was about to get some quick cash, however I ended up being introduced to a debt consolidation program called guardian litigation group, which is legit thank God. It might not be what I thought, but it’s helping me get out of debt slowly but surely.

Frank Alvarado was awesome explaining the program, breaking down the numbers and making my husband and I feel comfortable about the decision we’re making. We didn’t feel pushed or pulled. Thank you Frank! I highly recommend working with you to anyone!

OMG this advertising is 100% FALSE! I received the debt consolidation pre approved letter in the mail with the exact amount of debt I owe for credit cards and personal loans combined. I was thinking this is awesome i can just roll all my credit into one monthly payment, this is awesome. I spoke with a very nice rep with TriPoint and she did everything right in the conversation. However when we were going over my approved amount of $26,221.00 which a company named Alleviate would finance but I needed to agree to all the conditions over a recorded line. I said, sure. Then she started reading off all these statements that were untrue and I really didn't feel comfortable agreeing to. I am not behind on any debt, I am not in poor credit status and did not want to agree to that just to pay this company a smaller monthly fee for 48 months just to do the same thing as filing a chapter 13 would provide and ruin my credit that I've built. She said I need to stop paying all the creditors listed on the agreement and start paying Alleviate and their attorneys instead. They would contact vendors and negotiate a smaller payoff but she said I could get summons for court for some creditors for non payment but just give them the attorneys information. This entire company is working more like a bankruptcy court than debt consolidation company. I will not say this is not a great opportunity for someone who is already in bad debt situation but for me this would be a train wreck to my credit and all the credit relationships I built. They should advertise as an alternative to filing chapter 13, THEY ARE NOT A LENDING COMPANY!!

I got the ad in the mail and decided to check out the website. Later that same day I got a text from Jennifer. She offered to call me during business hours and quoted their hours in eastern time. We set up a telephone appointment for 11am eastern time and then she tried to call me at 11am pacific time. Definitely felt scammy at that point. At least get your time zones right.

Jorge De Santiago was so helpful and friendly. I wish other businesses would train there employees to just be polite. Great experience.

Save your time, energy and money. This company is the worst and I normally do not write reviews but others need to be warned about these scammers! I was offered a loan but didn't qualify so was offered debt consolidation instead. I accepted … More
