I was very clear with what my income and the fact that I had no collateral. The only thing I had was my Mazda that I just bought and had no value. So before her ran my credit I asked do you think I will get approved . He told me it depends on your credit. Then they wanted my W2 and check stubs. After I sent them them everything. This is the email response I got " They are asking for collateral and with only the Mazda that you have under collateral we would not be able to do a loan " THIS IS NOT RIGHT TO RUN MY CREDIT AND GET ALL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. WHEN I WAS UPFRONT WITH THEM. LETS NOT MENTION HOW MANY TIME THEY CALL YOU BEFORE. THEN WHEN I EMAILED THEM MY CONCERNS NO RESPONSE

Although this was an easy place to get a loan and workers are friendly. I am giving a 3 star due to the amount of phone calls. As they say they have a job to do or they get in trouble if they do not call. Really, calling a person 6 times in one day is obsessive! Just as you are at your job, the person you are calling is at theirs so give a person a chance to call you back. Do Not assume that every person also has a desk job where it is so easy to pick up the phone right away.

UPDATE: I'm no longer a pawn in this messed up companies scheme. I bought a new car with a WAYYY better deal than this joke of a company. I'm soooo glad this is paid off and good riddance .. Im also glad this was only for two months. I can't imagine what I would have dealt with had I stayed in this 4 year contract with one scheme.. Smh Worst experience ever. I was pre-qualified for a loan for 4500 dollars. Little did I know that I would have to put my car up for collateral in order to get this loan but since I was in the process of moving I took the chance. Wish I didn't. My loan including interest is damn near 6000 with all of their ridiculous add - ones and because of my reps oversight. I'm being charged a late fee because I was given incorrect information. Mind you im barely on my second payment and this is being reported to the credit bureaus which my payment history is 100 percent on time. I then spoke to a rep that was NOT my agent for her to say my first payment was suppose to be a certain amount and me moving the date up didn't take away from the extra 26 dollars that was owed even though I was TOLD it would. Now here it is Sunday morning. I look into my account and see im being charged a late fee even though I was told this tedious 26 dollar balance would just be added to this month's bill. Then what I would have to still pay a late fee due to your employees mistake? Mind you im on autopay so if i still would had to pay the extra 26.50 why not just deduct the full amount the first time? Now I have to take time out of my day tomorrow to speak to a manager to get this situation fixed. Smh unprofessional and a corrupt company. Do not apply!

Great customer service. I was able to process my loan online and over the phone. Brenda was very nice and professional. Great options to pay off my debt bi weekly payments also available to pay loan off sooner.

Can any one tell me if I can get my loan through different office besides the la habra branch. Thanks
