I came in for a payday loan and was helped out by April she was quick and very helpful when I had questions about the loan. I’m giving 5 stars because her customer service was A1, I couldn’t be happier.

Really bad experience don’t recommend it the associate at the store was great but on the phone is different and so is online. They approve you online but in person they deny you. I was approved 3 times online and when i tried to pick up the cash for a loan they told me it was denied. They checked my credit multiple times and they called my back acting to be me using my social and my pin all my info which was really really concerning.

The customer service agents greeted me in a very friendly manner. They also were very speedy in providing service to me these ladies were awesome.

I come here every friday to cash my check and Siana always provides great customer service !!
