The employee was very courteous and helpful..and I was very satisfied at the way one main helped me help myself.i am grateful.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I paid off my loan (every payment was on time) and I am still waiting for any letter documenting that it has been paid in full and releasing One Main's lean against my car. I paid the loan off early and contacted One Main Financial SEVERAL times by phone and email. They respond by email saying the local branch will contact me, then they called and left a message on my cell phone. I called them back and went to voice mail. I left a message, still waiting....They are great at contacting you when they want your money, after that...I have no idea why there are so many positive reviews.

Securing a loan was fast and easy. Money was deposited electronically within 24 hours. Completely all documents on line.

The people at the branch are great - however when taking a check instead of direct deposit it’s HORRIBLE!! My bank was told that the company and bank they use couldn’t release funds earlier. Refusing to confirm the check and it’s validity so I have to pay interest on a loan I don’t even have access to. Not acceptable.

Everyone at the La Verne office was great, attitude, energy, helpfulness, EVERYTHING! THANKS ! This is the place to go!
