The ladies here are always very sweet and helpful! They were patient in helping me figure out an issue I had with a check. I went in very stressed and came out feeling relief and grateful for the ladies taking the time to help me out, especially the manager Nadia. The ladies are nice and everything but literally every time I get an advance they set it up for my direct deposit day but then are still calling me multiple times days before... like hello the money will be there on the day its going to be there...it's a direct deposit...why are you bugging me

Have been coming here for 4 years. I came in today and they refused to give me a loan because I didn't have my latest bank statement with me. I have .y account info on my phone but they still refused. The new owners are rude and are idiots. 4 years and they treated me like a crook. They have lost a customer.

I like this store a lot because in other stores they don't give that much cash and this store they listen and know what to do and they give me the cash I want and in other store it doesen't give me all the cash I want.

I went by California check cashing in Lake Elsinore. I had a very very good experience. I was assisted by the manager Angelica and she was professional, courteous and nice she got me in and out without any hassles. I’m going to recommend all my friends. If you need a short term loan or a payday loan or to cash a check, I recommending you go by there.

I came here with very little expectations of having a pleasant experience but to my pleasant surprise I was greeted by kind helpful staff that did what no other place would do and I'm so happy I took the time to drive over here. Terrible, I asked over the phone what percentage % they charge to cash a check, they said they couldn't tell me over the phone, but to come in so they could assist me. This is odd, everywhere else will tell you, 2, 3 , 4 percent, etc... so I went in, and they wanted to charge me 10% LMAO... which would have been over 700 dollars... what a joke and waste of time, typical, Hispanic women that had no professionalism and no class. I literally went across the street and got it cashed for 3%, saving me well over 400 dollars. Not sure how they are in business but Avoid at all costs. Way better options out there.
