Two years ago this location provided me with respect and great customer service especially from Marty. This time around worst customer service experience I have ever received from any Financial Group. Poor service this time around Marty. I recommend Lending Club instead.

It was fast any easy. Very nice and friendly.

If you like crazy high interest rates and waiting 40+ days to receive your title once you pay off your secured loan(10 days from their hold and 30 days for the DMV then this is the place for you). I have had a car loan before and I have been able to pick up my title same day as the pay off. Why they are any different is beyond me. They will able to put themselves on the title in a day but it take more than a month to remove them. I would caution anyone looking for a secured loan through them.

The gals Rachel and Whitney at OneMain were extremely helpful and worked diligently to help and make sure that we were taken care of. We were provided with information every step of the way, we were kept in the loop of what was happening and I just can’t say enough how grateful we are for OneMain. It’s becoming more and more difficult to be treated well but with Rachel and Whitney we experienced good ol’ fashioned customer service. The only hitch in the giddy up we encountered was when it was time for my husband to sign, there were technical issues that took a few days to fix in order for him to sign electronically, but in the end, everything worked out.

One Main Financial, Marty was very professional, polite. Knowledgeable and explain the entire process of the loan. Thank you for being the bank I thinks of it's customers above Ll other thinks.
