Mr. David Ware has been very professional. He made sure I understood every step of the loan processing. I have refinanced with LoanDepot last year. I had to do it this year as well and hopefully I will be on track. Thank you sooo much for having the kind of personnel that takes pride in their work and has the customer’s back!!!!

Where do I begin? The first red flag talking to the agent Jeff Cha and getting frustrated with someone who is over talking you the whole time. Misleading me on how qualified my loan looks. The 2nd red flag is they made me pay for the appraisal BEFORE it went into underwriting. The 3red flag is 2 weeks go by leaving several messages and no return phone or emails. Needless to say my loan was not approved and I was out $500. Even the loan officer I talk to believe his name Eric tells me he doesn’t know why I was charged for the appraisal before the loan was approved so I asked him can you refund the money he said no I’m sorry. It’s funny all this happened after my loan was approved and locked then the rates went up the very next day.

I enjoyed refinancing my home with Loan depot! Their staff made every step so easy. When they needed to contact me for additional information, the agent would text/email me before calling. This allowed me to have a flexible phone call without interrupting my work/free time. Great company to work with. Give them a call!

John is a strong and very competent with his expertise with regards with loan processes and his efficiency on detailed application was remarkable. I am very impressed with his insights and critical decision making to cater quality service for me. He is very knowledgeable about options and best possible avenues to have a successful transaction that is legal and legitimate. I vouched for his skills and competency on this field. I was researching lenders for a home purchase and received many calls from several companies. Loan Depot is horrible from BEGINNING to END. My online HELOC journey began in January and took over 2 months before I ever received the funds. I was led to believe I could get $40k more than what I asked for, even with me being up front with my finances, debt to income ratio, etc. Ended up speaking with about 20 different people throughout the whole experience and only about 3 of them even knew what they were doing. My biggest issue came in the manner of the way I received the funds (wired to your personal bank account) ;however, if you don't need the money right then, it takes a week to two weeks to get in loan depot's system in order for them to send you the paperwork necessary to know where and how to send the money back. Guess who's responsible for paying the interest on that money in the mean time, bingo, YOU. Got the situation escalated and now supervisors using my call logs for training purposes but I still have to pay the interest on the money when they admitted they were wrong and weren't clear and up front from the beginning as in the time frame and how to send the money back even with me calling and asking several times. So now I'm looking stupid and had to pay over $2,500 out of my pocket so I won't be charged further interest. Highway robbery and a ripoff. RUNNNNNNN !!!!!!!
