She is an amazing person that understands your everyday financial challenges and is willing to help in any possible way she can. She goes above and beyond to help you resolve any problem that arises. I am a co borrower and the borrower is no longer existing. i am the one making payments. I asked to do a paperless billing and still receiving mails. I called a few times and customer service and branch said they cannot help me! WTH I am the one making payments! I dont even know how they found my new address when its not even my own residence! Poor management!!! And yes rates are very high and will drown you to debt. I wont even do this review But when you are requesting simple things that I dont want to receive mails since they take my payments out automatically it tells you something about the company and their capabilities. Stop wasting paper and help our environment!

I just had the pleasure of paying off my 3rd loan with One Main. Irene the branch manager was a pleasure to work with and was able to get me a bridge loan that really helped me out. I was able to pay it off with no pre payment penalty! Five stars for One Main! Thanks for being so nice!

I had a very good experience with nice gal named Whitley. She took my application and got my loan approved quickly. It was a short term loan and I paid it back within a month and it was great. It really helped out. I read all the complaints online and was afraid but it seemed all legit to me. i got my money ACH'd in my account within a day and they took my pay-off no problem and no hidden fees! I give Whitley and One Main 5 stars in my book!
