Jason and his team are amazing! We have worked with other agents but they were unable to assist with our unique situation - we did not have enough down payment and thought that we needed to sell our current home in order to purchase our new house. Jason was very patient - he and his team took the time to review all our documents and were able to get us to the “approved loan” step before we even shopped for houses. Our "approved loan" is different and a step up from the “pre-approval loan". Jason's team was able to retain our "approved loan" status throughout the long and stressful process of finding a home during the pandemic and with the competitive housing market. Our documents were updated regularly throughout the year we searched. Whenever we put in an offer, Jason and our realtor worked together to ensure our offer was competitive. We finally got an offer accepted even with multiple higher offers - ours was under asking price! This was largely in part due to the conversation the owner's realtor had with Jason to confirm our loan status. They were confident about our loan process and therefore accepted our offer. Jason was really helpful and took the time to walk me through the entire process, navigating the loan approval process and comparing different price/interest rate scenarios in a very challenging housing market. Furthermore, he proactively sought information to facilitate and expedite the closing process. I also appreciated how responsive he was during the search. Jason and Brandy were super responsive. Their responsiveness was an advantage in my being able to out-compete the competing offers. The escrow was very short (that's the competitive advantage) and Jason's team was able to underwrite my preliminary offer. As mentioned in other reviews, Jason and Brandy are very available for questions. Brandy was very proactive in making sure my escrow doesn't fall apart because of technicalities. I spoke with other lenders and went with Jason and his team because they just seem more credible, and more responsive.
