Such a warm atmosphere, with kind and helpful employees.. Makes banking actually enjoyable! Crystal has gone above and beyond to help me with some stressful account issues. Good, knowledgeable, service like hers is hard to come by these days!

The service I received at Community First Credit Union was outstanding! My first car loan ever and Crystal made the experience wonderful and stress free, she worked with me so much one on one to make me feel listened to and comfortable!

Such a great bank to use, I met Amber in the loan department and she helped me walked through the whole process and refinancing my car. She made it so easy and simple, I bank with them but had never thought of refinancing. I 100% recommend going into the bank and talking with the helpful associates and starting an account or figuring out how they can help you with your loan needs. I use many bank account from different companies for different reasons but i am consolidating a few over to CFCU because of how kind the customer service is and how easy local banking is. I review ALOT of companies and not to many get a real recommendation from me but CFCU 100% does! Supporting Local is awesome.

I used the app to apply to exchange my secured card for an unsecured card. It was surprisingly easy. I didn't expect s follow up call for a few days, they called me that afternoon for some follow-up and verification questions. I was told that a representative from the branch would be in touch with me, once again I thought it would be a few day, no, it was a few minutes. She asked a few more simple questions, made an appointment the next day and was willing to juggle her lunch around to accommodate me. She was professional, helpful, and kind. She explained everything to me, we signed papers and I was done! All in less than 2 days, and I will get my card and secured funds released in a few days. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
