I received and offer in the mail and called to inquire. The rep was very informative and courteous. She gave me information on all my options and we set an appointment. The office location was conveniently close, and inviting. I arrived and was greeted. The loan process was easy, it took about 45 minutes. They have good loans and interest rates that you can be comfortable with. Thanks One Main Financial
