The staff over at One Main Financial worked with me in going over the terms of my loan as well as what was the amount to cover my needs. the staff was very friendly, responsive and informative.

In my opinion, OneMain Financial SUCKS!!!!!!!!
Here's the scenario.
I'm an African-American male camera-crane operator with a very good fico score, and have earned over $80k/yr for the past 2 years. Work has pulled-back for the holidays a little, but looks strong for January-forward, and I was only needing a loan for $1500 to get me through this slow month. After having been approved online over the weekend and given an approval code, I visited this office on Monday with a barrage of supporting documents. The senior decision-maker in the office bent over backwards to see to it that I was declined. The rep that was processing me (Joel), seemed very understanding and compassionate, and was giving me positive clues that he thinks everything will be fine, but then suddenly everything went ice cold and he wasn't able to proceed further. I got a very strong suspicion that his (Far Eastern) boss (that was sitting directly behind him) was shooting him messages on his (well-protected) screen to 'Make Sure He Declined Me'. I can't prove it, but my logicaly-thinking, finely-tuned intuition has every 'fiber of my being' resonating with the belief that that's EXACTLY what happened. I'm sure that preferential nationality has 'Nothing' to do with it. I can't speak for the other locations, but If you're a person of color, you might want to stay away from this location. More-than-likely you'll get nowhere quickly (regardless of your qualifications), because you'll instantly fail the decision-maker's pedigree test, the moment he sees who just walked through the double-doors. :-(

The personnel are very cordial. I enjoy doing business with them. I have a pleasant experience every time I come into contact with them.

It was an excellent experience. I went to the OMF in Lawndale Ca. and I received great attention from Eliza. It was a very easy process and transaction. Highly recommended!!

I had nothing but helpful people around me... From start to finish and very supportive throughout my application process. I trust that I'm in good hands and there is nothing better then that. Thank You So Much.

The employees here are incredibly rude, on more than two occasions this is the totality of my experience. They hang up the phone in your face, they lack patience and customer service for sure. Even when you’ve NEVER missed a payment. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE A LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY! Most of their reviews are bought/fake.
