Specially working with hector Ramirez is a pleasure. He’s hard working professional who knows that time matters for customers and the dealer.

bad experience had been told i was approved for a loan then came to find out that they made up an excuse that the system was down which was a lie and ended up not financing me.I seen for myself that they finance another person with bad credit at the dealer. unprofessional and with bad attitude i forgot the persons name but was a guy. as the dealer seller was trying to help me this dude had a negative tone so unprofessional and uninterested to help. Save yourself from a headache and disappointment go elsewhere like i did i got approved in minutes with no problem elsewhere no bs like this company . it's no wonder you have bad rating

Awesome! If your looking to start over, repair your credit? Lendmark is the place to go. Helped me obtain a loan. I didn't have all my paperwork together they worked with me qualified me within a day. Appreciate the chance to reestablish myself.

The loan has so much high interest like 27%! At that rate, you might just file for a Bankruptcy or live on the moon...lol...because you almost could never pay it back. Crazy....I say look elsewhere to get better APR rates. Be smart, my friend wasn't so I helped him in this situation. To top the above experience, my call earlier this week to the local Lemon Grove office early morning, I was told they'll call me back shortly in few minutes but I waited over 45 minutes w/o a call back. I ended up calling them to obtain information. Any ways, upon my visit that same day, I was left standing outside with COVID-19 with some minor support to complete friends transaction.

Worst experiences of my life, took out a title loan thinking it was the right decision to help me out financially instead I have headaches left and right. I can't get my registration stickers due to this company who by the way was known as (springleaf) my plates are expired yet I've payed for them and have passed my smog. This loans have extreme high interest rates and it's never ending cycle. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone be careful save your self the trouble and avoid places like this!

Be careful when sharing your credit/debit card here, especially over the phone. I caught the employees under investigation and we found out it was coming from this location of employees
