Always friendly and helpful, the staff at our local Navy Federal branch is a pleasure to any busy day. When I recently lost my ATM card it was quickly replaced on site in a few minutes. Thank you for always exceeding my expectations!

I went to this branch last month to try to replace my damaged credit card (chip issues). The receptionist had told me that they need to take my old card, and the credit card number on my account will change. They also told me that there is no way of getting one without changing the credit card number, so I decided to cancel it. I was really unhappy that is the case. After two weeks, I decided to go to the San Diego branch to get my card replaced because it was really annoying that I could not use my card using the chip reader. Customer service was night and day comparing to the Lemoore branch. They were able to help me out. They ordered my card online as damaged and I was able to keep my old credit card number and my old card. I just hope everyone that NavyFederal hires gets the same training throughout branches. I will try to get away from this branch... They need to train their personnel right!!

The clerk kept asking me why I was depositing a check and what it was for. I have never had anyone ask me a reason to deposit a check and why. There is absolutely no business asking me what the check was for.
