Customer service is garbage. Have had my car loan through you for 4 months now. Always paid through the app and now I'm unable to due to them changing it. Called customer service line and the lady assisting (if you can call it assistance) got rude right away. Then mid conversation puts me on hold. When she came back on the line, I asked for a supervisor and she hung up on me. If this is how you do business I will go get my car loan refinanced somewhere else.

I have been trying to call for urgent information that the automated system completely fails at providing. And when I do receive a call back, the employees are just talking to eachother about downloading a free music app and just joking around with eachother and completely ignoring me. They just called back to show on record that they called back but never even attempted to speak to me and then they just hung up on me. This happened December 2, 2022 around 1:56 pm. Upper management, Check the cameras and get your act together.

Absolute worse company ever! They added 12,000 to my loan saying I didn’t have insurance which I submitted continuously! My payment is now late because they will not take my payment and keep saying someone has to call me back, or the payment system is down, but you call back within minutes and it’s not even down. I’ve left several messages for a supervisor with no call back!

Management is the best and the rest of the employees honestly are terrible. They need to be guided every step of the way however there's a wait time because employees don't all know how to do everything so they have them on the floor training , and the one guy that opened my account named Kevin was literally making paper dice as he was creating my account. Not speaking loud enough through the glass covid protector and honestly didn't even bother to set my online account up. Very unprofessional bank if you exclude management. However stellar bank if only management and no other employees are there. They could run that bank alone more efficiently then its running now

Absolutely awful bank. They shut cards off on a Saturday and then there is no place to get someone to reactivate it after talking to the stupid computer and verifying it's me. So now I'm STRANDED thanx to this worthless bank

Just got off the phone with Mat and the same Lady who spoke to me before, and some other guy, they wouldn't give me their name, but I will say this, be very careful with UNCLE Credit Union, this guy called me earlier saying my car payment didn't go "thru" but I told him that was not true cuz I have the confirmation number that I was given after makeing the payment over the phone last time, they'll hit you with a fee too when you pay over the phone, the Lady as "usual" was being shady she didn't want to process my car payment over the phone cuz I was asking for a confirmation number in return as well, and she mad including her other co-worker cuz I called them out on their un-necessary ATTITUDE, so because hard working class citizen's who work HARD for their MONEY, defend themselves and say "I'd rather speak to a Manager." UNCLE Credit Union and their associates will hold grudges against you and on the low make your needs difficult and not process your payments just to try and get your new vehicle TOWED, they accept car payments over the phone, hit you with that fee, pull your money out, then send the money rite back and tell you almost a month later "Hey your car payment is late where is the money?" This company will play childish games with client's like this, be WARNED FOLKS this company doesn't look out for your best of interest in their heart, they take fun immature pleasure in watching people lose, and not be FINANCIALLY WINNING 👎 the lady said now I have to "wait" for "Mat" cuz he's the only one that can process my payment over the phone, I said ok and I'm still here sitting inside the Tulare Bank of America, I and the associates are waiting for "Mat" to call me back so I can make this car payment over the phone, I'll call back again to see if they'll answer just to make a car payment, make sure folks you have these people on speaker as well, make sure even bank establishments and their associates inside your bank can hear how UNCLE Credit Union does business and treats the working class citizen's, strait TRASH like VIBES & ENERGIES, not cool, last but not least always make sure all your calls are recorded and accounted for, never let anybody label you or call you a "liar". 💯
