California Check Cashing Stores, Lodi, CA

Everything was in order check was verified I walked out of there with 0 and felt like some kind of fraudster really bad I hate I have to go back there to get my money 40mi. Again and it's been 5 days COME ON

Been using their services for a while and it's quick and easy. Trouble is, they keep getting due dates wrong and they keep calling for payment before the bill is due because no one actually reads the customer file before calling. Talked to them about this multiple times and it keeps happening. The service is necessary to get buy some months but the harrassing phone calls are not worth it.

The customer service was absolutely horrible they repeated their selves multiple times about not wearing a mask but wouldn’t allow me to speak I was trying to inform them that as a disabled veteran and the disabilities I have requiring me not to wear a mask. They not only violated my rights but tried to make me stand in the corner and isolate me as if my disabilities make me a nuisance or a disease. I even try to show her but I was 100% disabled just so she would leave me alone even though it’s against Hyppa law.

The lady at the far left of the store was not very friendly at all. She asked me if I get paid on the 6th and I told her yes if that's a Friday two weeks from now. She responded to that in a rude tone saying " I'm asking you because it's your payday not mine" . I responded with I'm sorry but Im not 100% sure the exact date. She then came back again saying " well that's why there's a calendar right there". She seemed very unfriendly. I've been to that store a few times and generally the other girls are very friendly, but this lady made me not want to return to this location. If I do, I will not be going to her window.

Awful service and discriminating against your own race. Never been treated like that before, just awful. "That girl" should be ashamed of herself and if your so miserable then you should look somewhere else to work, where you are fitted. By the we got way better service somewhere else without any questions, your ignorant girl.

Great location to get your checks cashed and get your bills paid quickly. The staff is great and always pleased to assist you with a smile. Highly recommend this location.
