CoastHills Credit Union, Lompoc, CA

Horrendously poor customer service. Went into their office (near Vandenberg AFB on Constellation) to make our credit card payment with a DEBIT card. They don't accept a debit card that is with mastercard??? When questioned "why" - Lynsey rudely explained "That's just how our system works". Anyway, today's review is just the straw on the camel's back with Coast Hills. Their website stinks, they do not answer emails and have a cavalier attitude about customer service. Go see the very nice folks at Bank of Montecito, the staff in Solvang is especially awesome.

Terrible organization. Was very good years back, but have gone down hill for the last 5 years. Terrible customer service, due mainly to young illtrained middle management , who seem to be in competition to see who can be the rudest.

Terrible customer service! Literally took 3 weeks for them to send me a photocopy of a document I needed to register my car.

They are the worst. They can’t seem to get any information correct no matter how many times I contact them and customer services reps could really care less.

This last transaction was at the Lompoc Branch my normal Branch is in Vandenburg village.

These people tried to steal 2250 from me, I wouldn't work with them again in a million years. Took me hours to sort it out. Management rude, and lacks any knowledge of their systems at all.

Michael was very efficient, friendly and an asset to your organization. I have interacted with him on many occasions and each time he has been Top Notch!

Michael (Vandenberg Village branch) was a tremendous help getting me registered, up dating contact info and issuing new card.
