Fred Bittle and his team are easy to get in contact with. They will talk to you practically any time of the day. You don't have to deal with the hassle of getting put on hold or making a far in advance appointment, as you would have to with a mortgage loan officer at a big bank or online company. Additionally, Fred knows the local market conditions. He understands property taxes, home insurance, and other factors which corporate mortgage companies are clueless about. Not only will Fred get you the lowest loan rate possible, but his loan estimate will be very exact given those local factors. Fred will calm any anxieties you may have and give you insight and straight answers. I initially did some comparison shopping with some online mortgage companies, but I quickly backed away from them and decided to go 100% with Santa Fe Mortgage and Fred Bittle.
