Place was ok till i called to pay my balance off that same day so paid it all!! they called me back weeks later saying I still owe money and interest included..they put the account on hold till issue was fixed they said they’ll call me back once the issue was fixed they took over a month to call me back so I called them and they said issue has still not been fixed.she said again she’ll call me back took another 2 weeks now there tryna charge me the full amount with a month and half with interest mean while the issues was being resolved instead of the putting the account on hold! Went from $150 to $240 to $340..it does not take more then a month to get stuff resolved! This place is horrible don’t do business with this company! They don’t know how to communicate! Never again

Really fast to let me know if I was approve for a loan, the office is really clean and Rachel really nice person she explain everything clear. I even got a car insurance that covers everything, I even got a bigger loan than what i needed. So happy happy for this loan.
