STAY AWAY! This place seemed okay but lately they have gone down hill. Don't know if they are desperate to collect but Veronica and staff had always been nice and id always call and make arrangement. Called yesterday to arrange to pay half my balance this week and half next week talked to Randy. Not only was he rude and bullied me to pay the whole thing when I said we needed This arrangement he acted smug. I asked for someone else he said there Is no one. Then threatened to just leave me on hold and did. I drove to office and Veronica was there. Randy was there in a hoodie he put in on and tried to avoid getting Veronica. I stuck to my guns and he got her she spoke to me nicer but said that he's the manager and all she could do was take payment and add to notes something that he didn't offer while trying to bully me. Take your title loan somewhere else where they will be nice and respect you all title Loan companies are supposed to work with you if you communicate this place will treat you with no respect thanks to Randy being manager!

I needed some cash for emergency over the weekend and these guys really helped me out a lot. My agent was Sean and he worked with me told me everything I needed so I can get my money in a hurry. I think I got my money in as little as 45 minutes so it was really good. I would definitely recommend these guys if you are in the market for fast cash.

I completely recommend this company for your loan needs. The person that helped me, Randi, was extremely informative and answered all my questions accordingly. I was in and out within 45 minutes and had the money in my hands in less than an hour.

Very Disappointed. Inquired for a Loan. From the beginning I indicated the make, model, year, etc. Forwarded pics, check stubs,etc. My end result, as I was informed by Veronica, was based on The Appearance...Oh No Wait ! (Was Placed On Brief Hold) and Then Was Informed That The Year Was Too Old for Consideration. COULD HAVE SAVED MUCH TIME IF I HAD BEEN TOLD THIS FROM THE BEGINNING ! SOUNDS A BIT SKETCHY TO ME.

If you can borrow money from a friend or a familY member do it don’t get a loan from any of these places, because there only ripping you off . When you make a payment towards your loan only 10-20 % of your payment goes to your loan .

Unfortunately I would not do business with this Group again. Beware. My dealership said that it was difficult to communicate and arrange payment in full. I am glad my dealership came through on the 3rd attempt to just get a simple pay off amount. I heard excuses from them however I do believe the dealership when they said they were given a hard time. Also they were threatening without real cause when it came to legal removal of the tracking device.

Would recommend to everyone, very kind hearted people they understand that in life sometimes there are problems. Just over all very good company, very kind people.
