I went in there for a last minute transaction right before the end of their closing day. Of course with my luck I was having technical issues getting the information I needed from my phone in order to complete my order. Marisol was so patient and went above and beyond to help. The associate brenda was absolutely wonderful. I love this location over all the other ones in the area now . I will only go there ! Hard to find real people behind the desk that understand being pleasant and of service.

Everyone is extremely helpful and I never have any problems getting my payday loan. The only problem I had today is that the website states that their open 9am to 7pm and the app states the same hours. I had a ride take me to my ace express store on Sherman Way in North Hollywood and they were closed! That was a wasted trip due to the fact that today I have no car and someone took time out of their schedule to accommodate me and I had to be apologetic for wasting their time and gas to come pick me up in Burbank and that is my only complaint! Please fix the hours of operation so others do not have the same outcome! Originally I was going to take the bus and I’m really glad I hadn’t
