Overall I’ve had a negative experience at every Cash Express in Los Angeles but this location exceeded my expectations! Melissa was able to resolve my issue and she also went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant experience while at her store. She’s the true definition of a hard worker who truly caters to her clients needs and wants. Will definitely be returning!
