Took in a $6k vintage, 18k Chronograph watch to see what they might be able to offer on it. After taking it in the back for sometime, they came back out with it in its case and made a terribly low offer. After declining I left, only to find out when I got home and went to put it away that they had damaged the solid gold back majorly while opening it, as well as the movement and functions. Will not wind correctly at all, when it was winding perfectly when I brought it in, as I wound it beforehand and now neither Chronograph function is working and one of the buttons is semi stuck. I don't know what they did but they damaged a very valuable watch significantly, and after I see what it will cost to repair will be taking action. It was serviced 1 month before I took it on and was in perfect working order. This is prob why after taking it in the back so long they came out and made some terrible, lowball offer on it. Because they knew they had just damaged it in sevetal ways. I had also taken pictures of it right before since I was considering ebay and the damage they did to the back is RIDICULOUSLY obvious. No wonder they put it away before coming back out with it.

I called 5 minutes after opening today and spoke with an employee who handles the online sales and told him I wanted to buy the Rolex he had posted, he said great, he just needed to speak with his manager. I told him, what can i do now so the watch doesnt sell because i wanted to pay for it. He said, i could not pay for it until he spoke with his manager and he would get right back to me, Never got a return call, i called , he said he would get back to me again after he spoke with the owner and he could not sell it until he did. He said he called him numerous times and he was due in. Well, again, i called and I still was unable to buy it because he had not been able to speak with the owner. I asked for the owners info so I could call and he said he would text me the information, guess what? he never did so i had to call again. This time a woman answered and told me the watch was not for sale it was damaged, then she said no actually we sold it. So again I was lied to, never got 1 return call, never had the opportunity to buy it as I was promised , i would have the first opportunity. This company is run by a bunch of liars and I was deceived, the customer service is horrendous, the employees are useless, stay far , far away from this company.

This is the best pawn shop in so cal. Frankie zuenon is the man to talk to. They work with you won't leave you disappointed
