Had an amazing experience with Lendzi from start to finish. Monica was in charge of nurturing me through the process and she treated me better than family. She took a genuine interest in every detail and successfully found the leverage she needed to negotiate and WIN on my behalf. Monica crushed it, she was patient and compassionate with me. I could feel the competitive adrenaline in her voice as she gave me updates and eventually a celebratory final closing update. Monica, Dean and Austin - who all helped me at different points during the process are champions. In the word of short term, Unsecured business capital - most businesses are snake-like and you have to be paranoid during the process. Great company. As a business owner I’m used to being bombarded with calls from pushy lenders but I must say that Luis was extremely professional, friendly, and informative. He actually helped me reasonably consider all options and make the best decision for my business. Dean stepped in to help finish up the process and he was equally as impressive. I had a great experience with Lendzi! Tony Piccone did an excellent job of walking me through how the process works and explaining again every step of the way. I could pick up the phone and get him directly, which was the best part. Even if he was with another client he’d call back within minutes. They care about he customer interaction and have a focus on retaining you as a customer in the future and you can tell they want to earn your business. I shopped around and had at least four offers but the terms and service were unmatched. I highly recommend you give these guys a shot, you won’t regret it!
