I highly recommend this company, and specifically this location. I worked with Lucy and she went above and beyond to accommodate my crazy schedule. Most of this loan process was done by phone ,and the final portion of the loan process was in person. I did not have an appointment but she made time and went over everything in detail. She answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. Everyone that works at this Sylmar location were extremely helpful and welcoming. I will definitely refer others to this business. As well as choose One Main again,if and when I need financial assistance .

I’m very disappointed with this place I have been a customer for years and the poor attention to detail from this place is not ok. They pretty much somehow used my bank account to pay another customers payment and I wasn’t notified of the mistake and when I called I unfortunately have to wait for days or even weeks for my money to be given back to me I’m very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and attention to detail. I don’t understand how they can make a mistake like that without verifying information. Definitely do not recommend I should get some type of compensation for a mistake as big as that and they won’t offer anything at all

Be aware.. they are a predatory lender. You will never finish paying the loan off and all the customer service they promise is garbage.

I applied for a loan and then received several emails telling me to call them. They don’t answer the phone unless you call over and over right away. When I finally got through I was told she would call me right back. After waiting for an hour I called again and was put on hold until I finally gave up. Then I came in, which the system told me to do after submitting all of my documents. There appears to only be two people working there who both ignored me until finally telling me to come over. Then the one lady who was helping me looked through everything in my application in cold silence finally telling me I need a co-signer. Why did I have to go through all of that when she even admitted that she hadn’t looked at my application until I sat down? I won’t be going with this clearly shady company for any of my financial needs, and all I can tell you is to please run if you get anywhere near this place!

The staff at the Sylmar office have always been very nice and professional every time I am there. It's always a pleasure to visit that office. Lucy has helped me a few times with my accounts and I have to say that regardless of having to make a payment, she makes it that I always leave with a smile😊 …
