from my experience today I think This company has great customer service. I want to thank, Elmer who guided me through the process. ELMER is Very informative with the policies and he breaks down any policy you do not understand. Thanks Elmer!!!!!!!! #pplmakethecompanybetter somebody give him a raise, he deserves it!!

WOW!!!! Given the circumstances and how hard things have been with this whole pandemic, this office helped me with what I needed. The process was like any other when trying to get a loan, but John(the manager, who also happens to be very good looking) helped me from beginning to end. Very informative and transparent whenever I needed clarification with the process. John was straight forward with what I was getting and always explain things to me twice just to make sure I understood everything. Other places just want to make a sale and skip the small details, here at this office was not the case for me. I can definitely tell that costumer service is very important to them. Thank you for everything !

I came in John and Elmer worked with me for days to get my loan done they are very patient professional and informative they reassured me they will help me out and they did get it I am beyond grateful they work at this office since the company has two awesome employees.
