I came asking for a personal loan, the staff was very polite and they explained with details everything, they helped me with the right answers. It was a lil busy the office but the waiting worth it. 5 stars guys. Keep doing like that.

The employee Lauriana is super rude, she has a disgusting attitude. Oportun should have employees with a good customer service, especially with someone who is trying to get a loan here. My father came here to apply for a loan, and she got upset when I asked a question twice because he didn't understand the 1st time. She then proceeded to tell us to leave when I confronted her for her lack of patience and lack of good customer service. We had to go to a different location because we did not like her attitude.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in oportun, horrible attitude and I felt discriminated. These lady’s are supposed to help out customers when they need help , not just say I don’t know do it on your own, and start using their phone. Never coming to this location even again. In addition to this other oportun stores are more respectful
