This place is shading I would go so far as to say they are scam artists. you go to the web sight first number you call claims they are falsely using there number and they answer as champion. I call back a hour later get a different reply stating they do the loans for the company but if you want have a complaint you can call the customer service line on the web sight that goes to a Peter straight to his voice mail stating only Peter. and of course you get know reply so you try snd email th with email addresses given on there web sight and and you get a reply stating email address don't exist can get any shader then that. my experience is them hold my vechile hostagenot releasing the lien hold they have on it. for a loan that was paid over 6yrs ago. and it wasn't until I sold my truck that we even found out the still had a lien hold. so a year ago after 2weeks of me going everywhere and the companies being that hard to find and after two weeks more of me calland emailing because that's all I could do I finally get a response from "peter" we go back and forth with me jumping through hops to prove I was me with him already know the loan was paid and the never followed through in releasing my truck with dmv. he then makes me pay 15 dollars to pay for a notary so I can get the lien satisfied documents needed to have my truck back. wait it gets better 5 weeks go by it never come I try contacting Peter again over and over nothing.. so life happens my father in law who bought the truck from me put his disabled plate on and assumed everything was fine. IT WAS NOT HE GET PULLED OVER COPS COME AT HIMGUNS DRAWN THINKING HE IS IN A STOLEN VECHILE BECAUSE HIS DISABLED PLATE HE PUT ON THEM UNDER DMV PERMISSON were void because dmv nor I ever recieved the notarized documentation I had to pay releasing my vechile. in turn the tow the truck where it's sits in impound costing us outrageous daily fees. and we are stuck trying to get ahold of "peter" who never gets back to us on this very expensive time sensitive situation they have put us in. . so basically doesn't matter whether you pay or not they still end up robbing you of your vechile..
